Brittany and Nick’s Wedding at Pemberton Garden in Prebbleton
Brittany and Nick were married on a hot and sunny day in November. Heather and Doug captured the action on the day in photos, Colleen Heward-Carmont married them and kept things legal and legit. Brittany and the team got ready at Luxury Country Escape, just a short drive from Pemberton. Everyone was in fine spirits with lots of laughing and stories being told.
Across town I caught up with Nick and the groomsmen as they got dressed and ready for the day.
Back with Brittany, it was time to get dressed and head down the road to Pemberton for the Ceremony.
Over at Pemberton, Colleen had everything and everyone under control and before we knew it Brittany and Nick were married!
While Heather and Doug took family group shots, I got a few extra faces into the video, and started to review the ceremony footage from my iPad.
The photoshoot was just too much fun. There was plenty of laughter and great photography. I knew I would be spoiled for beautiful moments to include in the video. Heather and Doug impressed me no end with their dedication to getting epic and unique shots.
Speeches, dinner, some more photos at dusk and a first dance later and the day was done. I headed home to put together Brittany and Nick’s video and by the next morning Brittany and Nick were watching and sharing their video with everyone. 😁 😁 😁

I was so unsure about having a videographer for our wedding, this was one of the last things I booked - and rest assured I’m SO GLAD we booked Rowan to capture our special day for us!
We chose the ‘Next Day Edit’ Package, I felt awful about Rowan working through the night to have our highlights video ready by the time we woke up the next morning. But Rowan is a videoing superstar and refused my offer of ‘Monday will be totally fine for the highlights video’. He had our highlights video ready for us to watch as soon as we woke the morning after our wedding.
Everyone will tell you that your wedding day goes incredibly fast - boy does it ever!! While everything felt like it was going super fast, Rowan was busy capturing the precious moments and details of the day. He worked seamlessly in the background, at times we totally forgot Rowan was there.
My heart melted when I saw the highlights video. There was so much detail and the quality is better than I ever could have imagined. Being able to share highlights of our entire day on social media the day after was magical. Rowan takes so much pride in his work and it certainly shows in his finished products!! I think my mother has watched the video over a thousand times, and cried each and every time!!
